The Ninobamba geothermal property is located Along Rio Apacheta in the south central Andes, 300 km southwest from the Peruvian capital Lima and approximately 150km northeast of Ica, nested near Ninobamba, Department of Ayacucho. The geothermal activity in the area is manifested by a string of warm springs along the Rio Apacheta; sinter deposits along the river also indicate a favorable geothermal potential. Local single-phase powerline is located in the vicinity of the property and would necessarily require an upgrade to three-phase line to carry any electricity generated on site.
